A hagyomány életre kel, a muzsikaszó betölti Balatonfüredet
A június közepén megrendezett Dankó Pista Emléknap nagy sikere után újabb különleges zenei élményre kerül sor: a Muzsikáló Magyarország zenészei a legendás balatonfüredi Anna-bál hétvégéjének fényét emelik a július 26-27-ei hétvégén. A program megkoronázásaként a Tagore sétányon 200 cigányzenész hangszere szólal majd meg egyszerre, így a kávéházi cigányzene évszázados hagyományát a Balaton partján is átélheti bárki.
A bicentenáriumi, páratlan zenei élményekkel fűszerezett Anna-bált, hazánk egyik legelegánsabb társasági eseményét, a 26-án este megrendezésre kerülő bált idén a cigányzenészek muzsikája teszi még különlegesebbé: ők húzzák a talpalávalót és varázsolják felejthetetlenné az estélyt. Nem véletlenül, hiszen a hagyományos, kétszáz éves múltra visszanyúló cigányzene szerves része a magyar kultúrának: nemcsak éttermek és kávéházak hangulatát teszi egyedivé, de hozzátartozik a magyar vendégszeretethez, a nemzeti identitáshoz is. A – Magyarország Kormánya által támogatott – Muzsikáló Magyarország program célja éppen ennek a páratlan zenei örökségnek a megőrzése és támogatása, kulturális jelentőségének megerősítése. A virtuóz zenészek nemcsak a bál közönségét, hanem a Balatonfüredre sereglő, a Tagore sétány járókelői vagy a Kisfaludy-színpad előtt összegyűlő turistákat, érdeklődőket is ámulatba ejtik majd játékukkal.
Hol hallgathatjuk meg a zenészeket?
július 26-án, szombaton a zártkörű Anna-bál vendégeit felejthetetlen zenei élménnyel ajándékozzák meg a zenekarok, köztük a Muzsikáló Magyarország 2025 program zenészei is. A bál szépének megválasztása után a zenészek lekísérik a hölgyeket a Balaton-partra, ahol előadásukban esti szerenád csendül fel 21 óra után, ez az „Anna-báli sokadalom”, amelyre mindenkit szeretettel várnak.
Másnap, július 27-én, vasárnap folytatódik az ünnepi hangulat: a frissen megválasztott bál szépe zeneszó kíséretében 11 órától fog végigvonulni hintójával a Tagore sétányon.
A hétvégét vasárnap délben egy különleges flashmob zárja Balatonfüreden: Széchenyi István szobránál kétszáz cigányzenész hangszere szólal majd meg egyszerre – méltó zenei fináléjaként a kétnapos bicentenáriumi ünnepnek.

Tradition comes to life, the sound of music fills Balatonfüred
Following the great success of the Pista Dankó Memorial Day held in mid-June, another special musical experience will take place: the musicians of Musical Hungary will enhance the splendour of the legendary Anna Ball in Balatonfüred at the weekend of 26-27 July. The programme will be crowned by 200 Gipsy musicians playing simultaneously on the Tagore Promenade, so anyone can experience the centuries-old tradition of coffee house Gipsy music on the shores of Lake Balaton.
The bicentennial Anna Ball, one of the most elegant social events in our country to be held on the evening of the 26th and spiced with unparalleled musical experiences, will be made even more special this year by the music of Gipsy musicians, who will make the evening unforgettable. It is no coincidence as traditional Gipsy music, which dates back two hundred years, is an integral part of Hungarian culture: it not only makes the atmosphere of restaurants and coffee houses unique but it is also part of Hungarian hospitality and national identity. The goal of the Musical Hungary programme, supported by the Government of Hungary, is to preserve and support this unique musical heritage and to strengthen its cultural significance. The virtuoso musicians will amaze with their performance not only the ball’s audience but also the tourists and curious onlookers visiting Balatonfüred, the passers-by on the Tagore Promenade or the people gathering in front of the Kisfaludy stage.
Where can you listen to the musicians?
On 26 July 2025, Saturday, the bands – including musicians of the Musical Hungary 2025 programme – will treat the guests of the exclusive Anna Ball with an unforgettable musical experience. After choosing the Belle of the Ball, the musicians will escort the ladies to the shores of Lake Balaton, where their performance will include an evening serenade after 9 p.m., the „Anna Ball Celebration”, to which everyone is welcome.
The next day, on 27 July, Sunday, the festive atmosphere will continue: the newly elected Belle of the Ball will parade her carriage along the Tagore Promenade at 11 a.m., accompanied by music.
The weekend will end with a special flashmob in Balatonfüred on Sunday at noon: The instruments of two hundred Gipsy musicians will play simultaneously at the István Széchenyi statue as a worthy musical finale to the two-day bicentennial celebration.
